Jiri Rita (自利利他) means to pursue one's own happiness while simultaneously desiring the happiness of others. 
It embodies the idea that personal well-being and the well-being of others are interconnected 
and should be sought concurrently.​​​​​​​
Tari Rita (他利利他) means that prioritizing the benefit of others ultimately leads to one's own benefit. 
This concept suggests a more indirect approach, 
where focusing on the well-being of others naturally brings about positive outcomes for oneself.​​​​​​​
